• Your booking is confirmed once full or partial payment is received, and a confirmation email is sent by Serey Travel via Viator.com.
   
• Please provide accurate contact details (email and phone) so we can share important updates about your tour.
   
• Bookings are accepted for guests aged 12 to 100 years. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
   

• Reserve Now & Pay Later is available; however, full payment must be completed prior to the tour start time.
   
• Prices are listed in the U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated and include all applicable taxes.
   
• Lowest Price Guarantee: If you find the same experience online at a lower publicly available rate, contact us before your tour date for a refund of the price difference.
   

• Free Cancellation: Cancel at least 24 hours before the tour start time (local time) for a full refund.
   
• Cancellations within 24 hours of the start time are non-refundable.
   
• No-shows will be charged the full price.
   
• Changes to bookings within 24 hours of the start time cannot be accommodated.
   
• Tours may be canceled due to severe weather or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, guests may choose between rescheduling or receiving a full refund.
   

• The tour involves a 10 km / 6 mile round-trip walk at an easy to moderate pace; participants should be in suitable physical condition.
   
• Not recommended for travelers with back problems, serious medical conditions, or for pregnant travelers.
   
• Please advise of any dietary restrictions (including vegetarian requests) at the time of booking.
   
• Service animals are allowed, but the tour is not wheelchair accessible.

          Not Included:

• Transportation to/from the meeting point
   
• Personal expenses, gratuities, and travel insurance
   

• Start & End Location: Sukhbaatar Statue, Chinggis Square, Ulaanbaatar. Your guide will hold a “SEREY TRAVEL” sign.
   
• Please arrive at least 10 minutes early. Tours depart promptly at the scheduled time; late arrivals may miss the departure and will not be refunded.
   

• Guests participate at their own risk. Serey Travel is not liable for any injury, loss, damage, accident, or delay caused by weather, natural disasters, local conditions, or third-party providers.
   
• We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance prior to your trip.
   

• By joining the tour, you grant Serey Travel the right to use photos and videos taken during the tour (in which you may appear) for marketing and promotional purposes, unless you opt out in writing before the tour.
   

• Respect local customs, wildlife, and the environment.
   
• Follow your guide’s instructions at all times to ensure safety and a pleasant experience for all guests.
